1. Pricing & Currency

All product prices on jztry.com are listed in USD (US Dollars) by default. We support local currency payments — if you choose to pay in your local currency, the amount will be converted at the real-time exchange rate at the time of checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may apply additional foreign transaction fees.

2. Price Protection

We offer a 30-day price protection guarantee. If the price of an item you purchased drops within 30 days of your order date, contact us at support@jztry.com and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. JZTRY does not store your full payment details.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email serves as your official proof of purchase. Please retain it for your records.

5. Sales Tax & Customs Duties (Hassle-Free Shopping)

Customs & Duties: For all supported shipping regions (US, EU, CA, AU, NZ), JZTRY operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We cover all import duties and customs fees.

Sales Tax: Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed clearly at checkout.

Guaranteed Final Price: The "Total" amount shown at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be asked for any additional payments by the carrier or customs upon delivery.

6. Tax-Exempt Orders

If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please reach out to us at support@jztry.com before placing your order. You will be required to provide a valid tax-exempt certificate for the state to which the order is being shipped. Once verified, any applicable tax will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: The name on the order must exactly match the tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.

7. Promotional Codes & Discounts

JZTRY occasionally offers promotional or coupon codes. These codes are subject to specific terms and expiration dates, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Only one promotional code may be applied per order.
