JZTRY strives to offer competitive prices on all our products. The total price for your order will include the product price listed on our website on the day of shipping, plus any applicable sales tax.

Please be aware that JZTRY reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on JZTRY.com at any time. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on our website. In such cases, the correct price will be applied to your order.

 

2. Price Protection

 

To protect your purchasing rights, we offer a 30-day price protection policy. If you notice a price change for a product you purchased within 30 days of your order date, please contact our support team at support@JZTRY.com, and we will refund the price difference.

4. Sales Tax

If the sales tax rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your order is invoiced will apply.¹

 

 

5. Tax-Exempt Orders

 

If you are placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please contact our support team at support@jztry.com before placing your order.

You will need to provide proof of your state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. A representative will provide instructions on how to submit your tax-exempt certificate. Once received and verified, a refund for the sales tax will be processed and credited back to the original payment method used for the order.

Note: The name of the organization or individual on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. JZTRY does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

 

6. Coupon Codes

 

From time to time, JZTRY may offer various coupon codes for promotional purposes. Please be aware that these codes may expire at any time and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

 

7. Proof of Purchase

 

Upon placing your order and providing a valid email address, JZTRY will send you an official order confirmation via email. This email serves as your proof of purchase.
