Will the socks stretch out over time?

Our socks are made with high-quality elastic fibers that provide comfortable stretch while helping the socks maintain their shape and fit over time. Follow the care instructions and avoid excessive heat to help preserve their elasticity.

Are your socks unisex? What if the size doesn't fit?

Yes. Our socks are designed to be unisex. Use the size chart and your usual shoe size to choose the best fit. If the size does not fit, please review our Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and instructions, or contact our support team for assistance.

How should I wash my socks?

Machine wash in cold water or hand wash with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach to help protect the fibers and colors.

Can I put my socks in the dryer?

Use a low-heat dryer setting or air-dry naturally. Avoid high heat, which can damage the elastic fibers.

How do I keep my socks from shrinking?

Avoid hot water and high-heat drying. Washing in cold water and air-drying or tumble-drying on low helps your socks keep their original shape.

How do I prevent pilling and extend sock life?

Turn socks inside out before washing and avoid mixing them with rough fabrics. With proper care, socks can last 1–2 years; wear frequency, friction, washing habits, and drying temperature all affect their lifespan.

What is your return policy?

You may return your item within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Check our

How do I start a return?

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method; please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process it.

Can I exchange my socks for a different size, or what if I received a defective or wrong item?

Size exchanges are available within 60 days. You may return the item and place a new order, or contact customer service to arrange an exchange. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–9 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Some remote areas may not be serviceable; available destinations will be confirmed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $29.99. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and package weight.

How do I track my order or report a lost or delayed package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Use the link in the email or visit the carrier’s website to follow your package. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact customer support with your order number and we will investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
